Some Helpful Tips
Know your loan type
If you have a well or private septic tank most lenders require a Well and Septic inspection. For FHA/VA/HUD Loans, the lenders may require additional tests such as Lead and Nitrite/Nitrate. Please make sure that the corresponding boxes to each loan requirement are checked as this will expidite the services.
Results
- Well- 1-2 business days
- Lead- 5 business days
- Nitrite/Nitrate- 5 business days
*All samples must be submitted to Water Chemistry by 4pm on Thursday evenings (they will not take samples on Fridays).
